Talisman

"Auspicious debut album for ambitious prog-folk quintet....Complex & beautiful...Intriguing & unique" - MOJO

"A tastefully contrived blend of lacy chamber folk, racy cabaret and siren blues songs" - Daily Mirror

"there's something more theatrical about Moulettes' approach that tugs them closer to The Tiger Lillies" - Independent

"Moulettes have given us what may be the best debut of 2010"
- Justpressplay.net 8/10

"The most ambitious folk album you’ll hear all year"
- Extremelisteningmode.com

Pirates Song

Moulettes filmed live at their album launch on Friday the 13th August, in the Marlborough Theatre, Brighton. Playing "Bloodshed in the woodshed" and "Going a Gathering". This was perhaps the hottest and sweatiest a band has ever been onstage.
